What is Reima App?

The ultimate kids wear app for busy parents​. The Reima App keeps families easily geared up for active life. We combined effortless shopping, dressing tips for your local weather condition, and superb benefits and rewards for our loyal Reima Friends into one app:

  • Easy shopping​

  • Weather-based clothing suggestions based on the weather in your location. ​

    • The Reima App helps you to understand at a glance what the weather will be for today and plan ahead with future weather predictions. Get weather-based suggestions for how your kid(s) should dress and be alerted when you might need specific gear for later. App is full of advice and helpful tips for dressing up your kids including inspiration for the whole family.​

  • Reima stamp card​

    • Stamp card is a part of Reima Friends loyalty program. You can earn stamps to your stamp card while shopping in reima.com, Reima App or Reima stores, and get rewarded. With every CA$90 spent you’ll earn one stamp in the stamp card. After the 6th stamp, you'll be rewarded with a 25% discount! Please see more detail below in the Stamp Card section.

How to install Reima App?

Download Reima App from your mobile device's app store either in Google Play store or Apple App store by searching for "Reima". ​Please note that Reima App requires iOS 11 or later / Android 6.0. or later to work.​

Is there any incentive for downloading the app?

Yes! After downloading the app, you will find your 20% off code on the Shop page, or go to My account > My Membership > Rewards to find and copy your code. Please note, the code can be used for both App and website orders, but it can’t be combined with other codes and is limited to one use.

How to create an account or log in to the app?

You can do so after downloading the app or do it afterwards from settings by tapping the profile symbol in the right top corner on the shopping page. Once logged in, you can edit your information, review order history, customize app settings, and activate your stamp card to earn rewards!

Where do I find My Account in the app?

To access your account, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the shopping page. Here, you can add your information, activate your stamp card, and later view all your valid rewards.

You can also add your child's information to receive personalized product recommendations. This automatically filters for the correct sizes and colors your child prefers, making it quick and easy to find what you need!

Where can I see my orders in the app?

You can see all your orders under your account in the app or on the web store when you log in to your account. Make sure you use the correct email, the one you have made the purchases with. ​

What do I do if I have an issue with registering or logging in the app?

Close the app and try again​. If it still doesn't work, please remove the app and install it again. Please make sure that when you are creating an account that you are using a correct email address and creating the password correctly with allowed characters.​

How to delete my Reima Friends account in the app?

Please contact customer service customerservice.ca@reima.com and they can do it on your behalf.​

How to change my Reima Friends email in the app?

Unfortunately, the email cannot be changed; however, you can create a new account, and we’ll help to transfer your stamps from the old one, but order history cannot be transferred. Once you've set up the new account, please contact customer service customerservice.ca@reima.com to delete the old one. We're here to help!

How to change my password for my account?​ Please log out, and then tap the log in button and update your password by using the recover password link.

How to subscribe to Reima Friends newsletter in the app?

You can subscribe to Reima Friends Newsletter when you register. After you register to Reima Friends, simultaneously you log in to the app. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Stamp Card

What is Reima Stamp card?

Reima Stamp card is a part of Reima Friends loyalty program. Earn stamps while shopping in our app and web store, and unlock exciting rewards!

What benefits does the stamp card reward offer?​

Earn 1 stamp for every CA$90 spent! E.g. if you make a CA$180 purchase, you earn 2 stamps.​ After collecting your 6th stamp, you'll receive a 25% discount for regular-priced items.

Where can I find my stamp card and rewards?

You can find both in the Reima App > tap the profile symbol on the right top corner > go to "My account" > "My membership". Your reward will be a code which you can redeem in app or web store. Currently, the stamp card is only visible in the app, not on the website.

How do I activate the stamp card?

1. Open Reima App, log in or register to Reima Friends. Go to “My account” by tapping the profile icon on the top right corner.​

2. Tap "Get started" and follow guided steps to activate your stamp card. ​

Do I have to open the stamp card every time when I make a purchase?

Nope! Once you activate your stamp card in the Reima App, you'll earn stamps automatically for orders placed with the same email.

Can I register my previous purchases to earn stamps to the stamp card?

Unfortunately no. You can only receive stamps from logged in or registered purchases made after you have activated the stamp card in the Reima App.

When my stamp card is full, do I automatically start a new one?​

Yes, your stamps and progress is updated automatically. E.g. if you have five stamps on your current stamp card, and make a purchase worth of two stamps, you will get the current stamp card full and the first stamp on your next stamp card.

How long are my stamp card and rewards valid?​

Your stamp card is valid for 12 months from the date you earn your first stamp. After the 12 months, it will reset. The 25% discount code is valid for 3 months after you receive it. You can check the expiration date in the app.

How can I use my rewards?​

Your reward is a code. You can copy the code in "My membership" - "Rewards" and paste it at the web store or app checkout when you are logged in.

Why haven't I received my stamp/reward yet?​

You should see your rewards updated within the same day. If you haven't received them, please contact customer service customerservice.ca@reima.com Remember, to earn stamps and rewards, you must use the correct email; otherwise, they won't be credited to your account.

Please first make sure that you have the correct email address in the app and you have activated the stamp card before making the purchase.

Do I lose my collected stamps if I make a return?​

Yes, if you end up returning one or several items from your purchase, your amount of stamps will be updated according to the final order value.​

If I returned the full order for which I used the rewards, will I get the reward code back so that I can reuse it?

Unfortunately, the reward code is valid and usable only once, and will not be reimbursed if the order is returned.

I used my rewards, but the order was cancelled on Reima's behalf. Can I get my reward code back?

We are very sorry about the cancellation. In this case, please contact customer service customerservice.ca@reima.com to regain your reward code.

Can the reward be combined with other offers and discounts?

Unfortunately, the reward only applies to regular-priced items. It cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and it can't be used simultaneously with other codes.

How can I deactivate the stamp card?

You can deactivate your stamp card in the app settings. Please note that in this case all stamps will be removed.
