Can I combine multiple discount codes for a same order?
Unfortunately, we can only apply one discount code per order. If there are any exceptions, we will provide a notice on the website.
Do you have an app for shopping, or is it only available on your website?

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive a tracking code to your email once your order has shipped.
Where is my order?
You will receive tracking information in your email from reima.ca. If you haven't received a tracking code after 3 business days from purchase, please reach out to customer service at customerservice.ca@reima.com
Which carriers do you use?
We use a combination of carriers, but generally, your orders will ship from Canada Post or Purolator.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Depending on your location and shipping method, you should expect to receive your order in 3-10 business days.
What are your shipping rates?
For ground shipping, if your order was under CA$150, you will be charged CA$15 in shipping. For all orders over CA$150, your ground shipping is free.
Returns
How do I set up a return?
To start a return or exchange, click here.
Why can't I return certain items?
All Final Sale & Sample Sale products do not qualify for returns. Certain sales, as denoted in the sale, also do not qualify for returns. If you feel there's a mistake, please contact customer service.
How much time do I have to return a product
Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of order delivery, assuming the product hasn't been used and the tags are still attached.
How much does it cost to return a product?
It costs CA$10.00 to return a product. We will waive the CA$10 return fee for exchanges.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund when the product has been returned and processed by the warehouse. Typically 3-10 business days after you mail your product back to Reima. If you choose store credit, it will be issued immediately after processing.
