Canada Post Strike: Pending Returns Guide
As of December 19, 2024, Canada Post Strike has ended and package processing has resumed. Below are the steps for handling any pending returns:
Scenario #1:
If you printed a return label and kept it on hold, it’s still valid. You can ship it and once the carrier scans it, it will be active.
Scenario #2:
If you didn’t print your return label and the return expired, it should have been automatically canceled. You can resubmit a new return.
Scenario #3:
If your return label expired or is about to, you can still use it if it hasn’t expired yet. If expired, cancel the original return and resubmit a new one.
Scenario #4:
If your return label is still valid, proceed as usual.
Scenario #5:
QR codes do not expire. If it did, cancel the original return and resubmit a new one.
Please note:
Allow for extra time due to high return volume.
Refunds/exchanges are processed once the return is delivered to our warehouse.
Return labels will be in Pre-Transit until scanned by the carrier.
