Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:

(Please note, during the holiday season, delivery time may be longer due to the high volume of shipments.)

• Standard Ground Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 4-8 business days

  • Cost:

    • Free for orders over CA$150

    • CA$15 flat fee for orders under CA$150

  • Availability: all provinces and territories in Canada.

• Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Cost: CA$30

  • Availability: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

Processing time for all methods:

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, but due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, please expect an additional 2-3 days.

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping & Handling Time:

If an order is placed before 12:00PM EST, it should be ready for shipment the same day. If it is placed after 12:00PM EST, the order should go out the next day. During high-volume holiday and sales periods, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Shipping time is between 3-8 business days, but may be longer due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the tracking link.

Our products are shipped from Quebec.

Please note Reima and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering during any national holiday days.
