#YesReima

We love to see our products on social media and sometimes we would love to share these images in our channels to inspire others. The photos are published primarily on the respective product page on our website to give other customers a glimpse of their real-life uses. They may in some cases also be published in one of our other digital channels, i.e. Instagram, Facebook or newsletter or used in other similar marketing purposes.

By including #yesreima in your posts or responding to our request with the hashtag #yesreima, you agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Reima Oy (“Reima”), a non-exclusive, sublicensable within Reima group, royalty-free and worldwide right to use any pictures you have responded with #yesreima (hereinafter referred to as ”Picture"), for Reima’s marketing purposes, including but not limited to gallery on the website, newsletters and in social media (the “Purpose”).

You hereby release Reima from any and all obligation to pay any compensation for the use of Pictures in connection with the Purposes described above, thereby agreeing to keep Reima Oy and any persons acting for Reima indemnified for any and all claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, arising in connection with the use of the Pictures by Reima for above described Purposes.

2. Representations and warranties

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all of your rights to your Pictures, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your Pictures to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your Pictures by Reima will violate any third party's rights or violate any applicable law.

3. Personal Data Processing

Pictures of persons may be considered to be personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"). Reima is the data controller and will process your personal data (if any) when you provide Pictures to us based on this Agreement. Your privacy is very important to us and we want to make sure that you feel safe and informed when you collaborate with us. Reima handles personal data with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 4. Term and Termination

This Agreement enters into force on the date and moment when you respond #yesreima to Reima’s request and remain in force until either of the parties terminate the Agreement. You may terminate the Agreement by contacting or sending an message to Reima(@reima) or Reima North America(@reimanorthamerica) Instagram, Reima shall cease the use of the Pictures within 30 days.
